Obituary
Tami Louise Stork, 50, of Litchfield Park, AZ died January 11, 2015 at West Valley Hospital in Goodyear, AZ. She was born February 15, 1964 to Donald and Shirley Stork in Denver, CO. Tami graduated high school in Englewood, CO. She moved to Arizona 20 years ago and loved it. She volunteered at West Valley Hospital and Agua Fria food bank where she was loved by all. She is survived by her sister Cyndi Lewis (William Lewis); Fiancé Mel Jones; cousin Peri Dunaway; niece Shanda Atkins; and nephew Jason Lewis. Visitation will be held from 10am to 11am, Rosary at 10:30am, on Thursday, January 15th at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ. Mass will be held at 1pm on Thursday, January 15th at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 W. Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ.

I was so sad to hear of Tami’s death. We had spoken last year and she was so excited about her new life with Mel. It saddens me that her life was cut short just when she had found happiness. You will be missed by the Stork side of the Family. Love you.
