Obituary
Philip Richard Eger, 74 of Buckeye, AZ died September 18, 2016. He was born March 31, 1942 in the Bronx, NY to Stephanie and Philip Eger, Jr. Philip was a devoted son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. He served his community as a Deputy Sheriff for McKinley County, NM. He loved shooting competition matches as well as dismantling cars and rebuilding them to be better. He deeply loved his family and enjoyed being an active member of his faith. He will always be remembered as funny, protective and hard working.
Philip is survived by his daughters, Stephanie and Elisa Eger and Dianna Harness; sister, Nancy Cook; and two grandchildren, Bradley (13) and Kyra (10). He was preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Lucy Eger.
A visitation will be held at 5:30 pm followed by a rosary at 6:30 pm, Monday, September 26, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ. Interment will be Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at the Mountain View Cemetery, 301 N Stockton Hill Rd, Kingman, AZ.

Thank you Ed, I have no idea why my father separated from his family, but he did speak fondly of you. I see my dad in some of your pictures. I also have a few of you when you were a youngin. Thank you cousin Ed.
