I never knew anyone who cooked and baked (and enjoyed it so much) as much as she did! Coming from a family of chefs and bakers, it’s no wonder she was so good at it! Her love of family was second to none (no one loved her nephews more than she did). Her heart was as big as Arizona. I truly enjoyed watching her blossom in her new home, finally close to her transplanted family in AZ. I especially enjoyed her love of country music. Even though she was a Jersey girl at heart, she could kick it with the best of country fans. I will miss her smiling face and her daily FB updates. They always brought a smile to my face.
Nicole was a beautiful, thoughtful, generous and amazing young woman–that is a testament to her wonderful parents and families. I know that there will be a hole in all of our hearts forever without her. Heaven has gained another Angel.

  4. To all of Nicole’s families and friends, you have my deepest sympathy at her loss to you. May all those who loved her find peace until our Lord, Jesus Christ calls her out of the grave to a resurrection (John 5:28, 29) into a wonderful new world where death and pain and suffering have been done away with. (Revelation 21:1-4)
