Obituary
Janie Dru Bailey, age 83 of Goodyear, AZ passed away October 23, 2016. She was born June 7, 1933 in Belen, NM to Willie and Delila Wood. Dru moved to Phoenix in July, 1968. She worked for the telephone company for 33 years. In her free time she loved to travel. Dru is survived by her husband, Robert A. Bailey; daughter, Lisa Carrasco; son, Brett Bailey; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at 5:30 pm with a rosary at 6:30 pm, Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, AZ. Interment will be at a later date at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.

Dru was a wonderful lady, wife, and mother, and I know she will truly be missed. My sincerest condolences to Bob and the entire Bailey family.

I will miss knowing my cousin is in Arizona. we grew up visiting as children and she and I born the same year. we had a few visits grown up, but always lived across the country. we always loved to see each other again.
