Obituary
Brian Dale Askeland of Goodyear, AZ died March 10, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ at the age of 60. He was born August 10, 1956 to Oscar and Darlene Askeland. Brian enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He loved to spend time with his family and especially his grandbabies.
Brian is survived by his wife, Laura Askeland; daughter, Carrie Gabriel (Matt); sons, Trevor Askeland (Ashley), and Andrew Askeland; parents, Oscar and Darlene Askeland; brother, Calvin Askeland (Bev); and seven grandchildren, Austin, Terril, Elizabeth, Lilly, Emma, Aubree, and Dixon. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Askeland.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ. The family suggests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.

I was saddened to read about Brian’s passing. My sincerest sympathy–hope you are holding up alright…Brian was a great guy; I know he will be missed by all that knew him.
