Obituary

Donald Glenn Blackmon, 69, of Buckeye, AZ died December 7, 2014 after a 1 year battle with cancer.  He was born January 17, 1945 in Harrison, Arkansas to Cecil and Veda Blackmon “Lawson” and raised in King City, CA. He served 4 years in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1966. Made a career and retired from Natividad Medical Center serving in different positions. He married Deborah Blackmon on October 28, 2003 and lived in Buckeye, AZ. Religion is Christian, Southern Baptist. He is survived by his wife Deborah Blackmon, Stepchildren Denny Jackson, Dustin Jackson, Dawn R Jackson, Son-in-law Michael Johnson, Grandchildren Thayne Jackson, Kiera Davis, and Father-in-law Herbert Roehl. Services will be at 2pm on Sunday, December 14^th at White Tanks Southern Baptist, 1420 N 192nd Ave, Buckeye, AZ 85396 with a viewing one hour prior.   Burial will be at 10am on Monday, December 15^th at Louis B.
